Hi Red Alert fans! I have figured out how to make levels with built in rules.ini's and I will have a mod done soon.

Bugs

Grenadier To lob a grenade really far,
order a grenadier to force fire a target in range,
and, without releasing control, force fire a target out of range.

This takes practice so don't whine if it doesn't work.
